Caprese Salad Remix

Delicious, super simple and healthy!

Ingredients

  • 1- 2 large, fresh mozzarella ball(s) cut into slices
  • 2 large, fresh, garden-ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1-2 cups Microgreens
  • Hamama Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • Hamama Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

On two plates, vertically stack a mozzarella slice, a tomato slice, and a small handful of Hamama microgreens, repeat with another stack of all three ingredients.

Drizzle with Hamama olive oil and balsamic vinegar. sprinkle salt and freshly cracked pepper.
