We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member with delivery experience in Las Vegas to assist with order fulfillment and light farm work.

• Local Deliveries – Use your own reliable vehicle to deliver microgreens within Las Vegas (company vehicle provided later)
• Farm Maintenance – Help keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized
• Microgreens Harvest & Packaging – Assist with preparing fresh produce for customers
• Farmers Market & Pop-Up Support (Optional) – Support setup, breakdown, and customer service at market events
• Opportunity to assist more with the farm and advance within the company

• Clean Driving Record – No major violations in the past 3 years (insurance & responsibility).
• Smartphone with GPS & Text Access – For navigation, communication, and updates.
• Physically Capable (Lift 30–40 lbs) – For loading/unloading greens and supplies.
• Non-Smoker (Preferred) – Important for food safety and vehicle use.
• Available Wed–Fri + Some Weekends – Align with typical delivery/market schedule.
• Punctual & Detail-Oriented – Ensures reliability and product handling quality.

Optional but Valuable

• Interest in Health, Sustainability, or Local Food – Ideal for future customer-facing roles.
• Farm Hygiene & Sanitation Knowledge – Useful for tasks like tray washing or planting.
• Forklift Certification or Farm/Garden Experience – Not required but a plus.
