Privacy notice

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery and billing address, the plan and greens you choose, delivery notes and payment records. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

When you message us: the name, phone number, email, topic and message you send through our chat, by text or by email.

When you visit: like most websites, our hosting and security services record technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, so they can deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors.

How we use it

• To grow, pack and deliver your order, and to take payment.
• To answer your messages and help with your membership.
• To send texts and emails about your orders and deliveries.
• To understand how our website is used and make it better.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

Texts and emails

If you give us your phone number, we text you about your orders and deliveries, and you can text back to reach your farmers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.

We only send marketing texts or emails if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never share your phone number, or your consent to receive texts, with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools to keep our website working, see how it's used and measure our advertising. These may include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog. Some of these tools record how a page is used, such as taps, clicks and scrolling. We set them not to record what you type into forms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website still works without them.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run 702Greens, and only what each one needs:

• website hosting and our domain (Vercel, Cloudflare)
• payments (Stripe)
• customer messages and texts (HighLevel)
• email (Google Workspace, Kit)
• our member and delivery records, route planning and our drivers, to get your box to you
• Shopify, which holds records for customers of our earlier store

We do not sell your personal information. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or anyone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it to run your membership, answer messages, resolve disputes and keep the records the law requires. Then we delete it, or remove the details that identify you.

Your choices

Email support@702greens.com to see the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to confirm it's you first. Nevada residents can also ask us not to sell their information. We don't sell it, but we'll confirm your request.

Children

Our website and service are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't promise perfect security.

Changes and contact

We'll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
